We undertake maintenance of the complete electrical installation including lighting and power system and associated transformers. We employ advance predictive maintenance techniques like infrared thermograph images for fault finding in electrical panels and chemical analysis of transformer oil for detection of arching etc to ensure reliability of the equipment.

 DG Sets

The operation and maintenance of the stand by power source like DG sets can be undertaken by us to ensure the same are kept in serviceable conditions to meet with emergency duty in case of power failure when the electrical installation is also maintained by us.

 Air-Conditioning System

We can render the following services for your air conditioning system:

We can operate the plant for you as per your schedules including on round the clock basis and 365 days of the year. This will include the day to day maintenance also, which is not provided by any OEM.

We can employ advance predictive maintenance techniques like Vibration and Oil Analysis Tests for compressors, pumps and fans; Infrared Thermograph for maintenance of electrical installations; Eddy Current Testing to determine the health of condenser and chillier tubes etc. through our associates.

We shall operate and maintain all the above services at your premises. We can also arrange for a periodic Fire Drill by an authorized fire service officer.
